Shipping Policy

Emporiqa ships consumer electronics across the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and select worldwide destinations. Every order leaves our European fulfilment centres in plain, unbranded packaging — protecting both your privacy and the goods inside. Tracking notifications and customer support are available in 19 European languages.

Shipping methods and rates within the EU/EEA

Choose the option that fits your timeline. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU destinations.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with carrier tracking and an estimated delivery window.

United Kingdom and Switzerland

We dispatch to the UK and Switzerland under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Customs duties and import VAT are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.

Worldwide shipping

For destinations outside the EU/EEA and UK, we offer DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Saver. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days. Please note that orders to non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees that are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Tracking your order

Every shipment is fully traceable. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or sign in to your Emporiqa account to follow your parcel in real time. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery attempts and undelivered parcels

Carriers will normally attempt delivery up to two times before redirecting the parcel to a local pickup point, where it will be held for 7–10 days. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the goods minus the original delivery cost.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your delivery on receipt. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund. For latent transit damage discovered later, the 24-month statutory guarantee still applies. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy for the full procedure.

Late or non-delivery

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, EU/EEA consumers may set us an additional reasonable period and, if that also passes, cancel the contract for a full refund (Art. 18, Directive 2011/83/EU).
