Description
The HHKB Hybrid Type-S is the modern wireless evolution of the cult Happy Hacking Keyboard. The 60% staggered layout — designed by Eiiti Wada in 1996 — places Control where Caps Lock would be and keeps your fingers on the home row, while the Topre electrostatic capacitive switches with silent sliders deliver the smooth, deeply cushioned feel that has made HHKBs a Unix-developer staple for almost three decades. The Hybrid generation adds Bluetooth 4.2 with quick-pair across four devices and a USB-C port, while the Type-S variant ships pre-installed silencing rings for the quietest Topre experience PFU sells.
